CAMPESTRAL Race Face Turbine/Aeffect End Caps, combined with the extremely light weight 12-15-TA Adapter, allow the use of a 15mm x 100mm Race Face Turbine or Aeffect wheel with a 12mm x 100mm thru axle Road/CX/Gravel fork.

There is a known compatibility issue with Race Face Turbine and Aeffect 15mm x 100mm hubs and some 12mm Thru Axle forks, with no existing 12mm end cap available.

The end caps for Race Face Turbine and Aeffect 15mm x 100mm Thru Axle have an OD of 21mm at the fork interface end, which many 12mm forks will not accommodate.

Our Race Face Turbine and Aeffect 12mm-Compatible 15mm end caps solve this problem.

RACE FACE TURBINE/AEFFECT END CAPS
- Race Face Part Number: F60018
- Press-in end caps convert 15x100mm front hub for use with 12x100mm fork axle.

DIRECTIONS:
1) Swap end caps: use your fingers or the CAMPESTRAL 12-15-TA adapter to gently pop end caps out of hub body.
2) Firmly press CAMPESTRAL 15mm End Caps into hub body.
3) Slide 12-15-TA Adapter into the 15mm hub.
4) Install wheel into fork as normal.4) Install 12mm thru axle as normal.

NOTES:
- A thin layer of high quality grease on the outside of the adapter and the outside of the 12mm thru axle are recommended for ease of assembly and to provide an extra moisture barrier.

- Compatible with all 12mm x 100mm forks. 

- Compatible with Race Face Turbine and Aeffect 15x100mm Thru Axle Hubs; please note that the critical hub dimension is the OD of the end cap, which must be 20mm or smaller. Stock Race Face Turbine and Aeffect 15x100mm end caps are 21mm OD.

- Thru axles provide compression of the fork ends where the hub end caps interface with the fork ends. Because all hubs and forks are manufactured by third parties to differing tolerances, to ensure an interference-free fit with all possible combinations the length of the CAMPESTRAL 12-15-TA Adapter is just under 100mm.
